Gannon & Douglas have been working together as a writing duo since meeting in  2019 at the BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Workshop. Together they debuted their  original TYA musical, Sweet Tooth, in 2022 at Brooklyn Children’s Theatre, and their  song “Grandma’s Hands” was recently selected for the Song Slam Cabaret at the 2023  TYA/USA Festival and Conference in Tempe, Arizona. They are currently working on a  commissioned musical, In BeTWEEN (The Wright Way, NYC), and developing an  original animated movie musical with actor/producer Jordan Fisher.
